Heating Filter Products
 Universal Air Products design and manufacture a complete range of heating filters. Starting with G3 efficiency disposable Glass Panels, G4-F8 Pleated Panels, G4 – F9 Bag Filters.
The disposable Glass and Pleated panel filter’s are widely used in ventilation and air conditioning systems as an inexpensive heating filter offering medium to low level of efficiency at a low replacement cost. These product’s provide low resistance whilst achieving high dust holding capacities. They are suitable for use as a pre filter for higher grades of air filtration or for use as a simple filter for general use within air handling systems.
The glass fibre panel contains a core of resilient continuously spun glass fibre with a graduated density. The media is further enhanced with a coating of anti-dusting agent. The pad is then contained within a moisture resistant rigid card framed.
The pleated panel contains a core of non-hygroscopic and hydrophobic fibrous media designed specifically for use in air filtration. The media is manufactured with a graded fibre density to ensure optimum and even dust retention combined with low initial resistance. The material is thermally bonded to a galvanised steel support mesh for stability. The pleated pack is then fully bonded into a moisture resistant card frame. Also manufactured with a metal surround frame and available in both standard & non standard sizes.
The Bag filter features synthetic media, each pocket is constructed from synthetic micro fibres. Integral spacers prevent over inflation of the pockets and provide uniform air distribution throughout the media. The pockets are retained in a rigid galvanised header frame ensuring maximum stability in all applications.
