Free – Orders over £150.00 net. England, Wales & Scotland (Excluding Highlands)
£12.50 net. – Orders under £150.00 net. England, Wales & Scotland (Excluding Highlands)
£20.00 net. – Orders for: Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland (Excluding Channel Islands)
£40.00 net. – Orders for: Channel Islands & Overseas.

Returns Policy
All Standard size products are returnable and can be re-stocked. Non standard size products made to customers specific dimensions cannot be re-stocked. The customer is responsible for returning the goods unused and in good condition. A re-stocking charge of 20% of invoice value will apply, If goods are exchanged no re-stocking charge applies but will incur a further delivery charge.
Quality Policy
All Filter Products are manufactured to the highest standards (ISO 9001) and will provide the customer with a long service life. These products require regular cleaning and maintenance, if servicing is not maintained or products are abused, guarantee is void! The use of Caustic Soda is not recommended in the cleaning of any of our products.
Payment Terms
All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch either by: cheque, credit/debit card or direct payment to our bank account (please call for bank details).
